great job! a harpy is a great idea! but i cant recall ever seeing one in clothing like that dress... you really hiumanized her which is a great idea!(smily face)
the merge of bird and human is o distnt in ho they look but it still mixes well! you should do more fantasy mismatches cuz you are sooo good at combining unlike things and making them look distinct but conmtinuous which sounds oxymoronic but its true!(smily face)
